Three on the block instead of two. That is the shape of the endgame now, and it is the first time this season all three returning veterans have sat there together.

How did Barrett win Head of Household?

The competition was a rainbow-lane rolling game: houseguests sent balls down a rippled track and tried to land them in matching color zones. Barrett came out on top, which mattered because Drew Campbell had just held the job and could not compete.

The win itself was not the surprise. What he did with it was.

Why did Barrett turn on the Icons?

Devens spent the week telling the house that Yash Patel had taken a BB Bribe, and that the deal covered all three Icons rather than Dee alone. Yash disputed the wider version.

Barrett's read was blunt: the three of them are the biggest threats left and they arrive as a bloc. He also had a practical reason. Yash could not nominate them, so he could.

The nomination ceremony did not end quietly. Angela, Dee and Devens went straight at Yash over the bribe, and the argument carried into the next morning.

👉 Watch Drew here. He nominated nobody this week, stayed inside the Crossovers, and is still the one vote that can swing either direction.

Who won the Power of Veto?

Live feed spoiler ahead, so skip this section if you only watch the broadcast. Yash won the Week 9 veto, beating Barrett, Taylor and the three nominees in a comic-book-themed comp.

Reports from the feeds suggest he left the nominations alone at the veto ceremony. The televised version of both the comp and the ceremony airs Wednesday, and our Sunday-episode guide explains why the veto night is always the pivot of a Big Brother week.

Who is left in the Big Brother 28 house?

Eight players remain after La Trice was voted out at last Thursday's live eviction.

Four people will decide Thursday's vote. With three nominees, one Icon leaves and two stay, which is the math Barrett was counting on when he made the move.

FAQ

Did anyone get evicted on Sunday? No. Sunday covered the HOH competition and the nomination ceremony. The vote is Thursday.

Can Barrett vote on Thursday? No. The Head of Household only votes to break a tie, and with four voters and three nominees a tie is possible.

Where can you stream it? Episodes land on Paramount+ after they air, and the live feeds run separately. More on both in our Unlocked rundown and on the Big Brother section page.
