What Time Is The Voice On Tonight? Season 30 Schedule, Coaches and Streaming
The gist: The Voice isn't on tonight. Season 30 starts Monday, Sept. 21, at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, and the first week runs three nights straight.
Here's the whole opening stretch, night by night. Times are Eastern; subtract an hour for Central.
- Mon., Sept. 21 — 8 to 10 p.m., two-hour Blind Auditions premiere
- Tue., Sept. 22 — 8 to 9 p.m.
- Wed., Sept. 23 — 8 to 9 p.m.
- Rest of Sept. and Oct. — Mondays, 8 to 10 p.m.
- November — Mondays, one hour at 9 p.m.
That adds up to four hours in the first three days. After that, it settles into Monday nights only.
Who are the coaches on The Voice Season 30?
Two familiar chairs, two new ones. NBC confirmed the lineup, and Carson Daly is back to host his 30th season.
- Adam Levine — returning; coached Seasons 1–16, 27 and 29
- Kelly Clarkson — returning; coached Seasons 14–21, 23 and 29
- Queen Latifah — first season as a coach
- Riley Green — first season as a coach
So Levine and Clarkson are the only pair carried over from Season 29. Green's chair even has a holster for his cowboy hat, according to NBC.
Why does the premiere week run three nights?
It's a milestone season. Season 30 lines up with NBC's 100th anniversary, and the network is opening it across Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The short Tuesday and Wednesday hours matter if you record. Set the DVR for one hour those nights, not two.
NBC also aired a one-hour special marking 30 seasons on Thursday, Sept. 17, at 10 p.m. ET. It was a look back, not an episode of the new season.
Miss nothing by marking Sept. 21, 22 and 23. After that, it's just Mondays.Where can you stream The Voice Season 30?
Peacock carries each episode the day after it airs on NBC. Monday's premiere shows up there Tuesday.
What's the prize, and are live shows back?
The winner gets a performance slot at the 2027 Governors Ball festival in Queens, New York. The season was filmed at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Live voting is still an open question. Season 29 dropped live shows and had no viewer vote, and NBC hasn't said whether that changes this fall. We'd rather leave it blank than guess.
No finale date has been announced either. Some episode guides already list one in mid-December, but NBC hasn't confirmed it.
